“ The Big Red Book was installed at Springmount Garden Centre whilst I was on maternity leave. On my return I was shown a few basics, ie how to imput into the purchases book, cheques journal and cash book.
Having no accounts experience, I was very nervous using the package, but attending an evening course with Geraldine Doyle was absolutely invaluable. The software is an excellent package, easy to use and understand. Each of the books are pretty much self explanatory with prompts available should you need them, plus mistakes can be easily rectified.
The course spread over 4 evenings was thorough and well presented. The training manual provided is an excellent support too.
